Although the portal El Mundo de Regina states that there was a reconciliation between the two and that it was mainly motivated by the Spanish designer.

And that is that Paloma Cuevas is said to be close to Alejandro Basteri, which could facilitate the meeting between Luis Miguel and his younger brother, after both had been estranged for four years.
