Jannie became famous in February this year, when he tried his hand at the Polish pre-selection for Eurovision. Although according to many, the artist gave the best performance during the competition, the jury was of a different opinion. Blanka went to Liverpool to represent our country, which initially met with a huge wave of hate from fans of Jann. Despite this, the artist is doing very well and gives more concerts than his Eurovision competitor.
Jann faces a variety of situations while on tour
The singer during this holiday gives a lot of concerts. The season began in early June, when he played at the Orange Warsaw Festival alongside Jared Leto of Thirty Seconds to Mars. Later, he also performed on the Alter Stage during the Open’er Festival. Currently, the artist is on his first concert tour and has had concerts in Stary Maneż in Gdańsk and Nocny Targ Towarzyski in Poznań. During the latter event, one person in the crowd fainted.
Then many people got scared and panicked. Some of them started shouting and jostling to get closer to the stage. Fortunately, the situation caught the eye of Jann and the artist reacted immediately. He decided to stop his performance and asked everyone to make a convenient passage for medical help. He also spoke to those who were pushing through.
“Make a corridor to the exit there, on the left. (…) Don’t shout at each other. It won’t help anyone. If something happens, just be nice to each other. Everyone came here to play and there’s no need to shout at each other. Emotions are big and I really understand it, but if you yell at each other, argue, fight and so on, it won’t help anyone” – we hear on the recording.
