Tom Cruise captivated by Marcin Dorociński’s scene in “Mission: Impossible”. “In 7 minutes”

Marcin Dorociñski not only asked the editor whether they would cut him out of the new “Mission: Impossible” later, he also said that the Hollywood actor even praised him on the set of the film. “Dead Reckoning Part One” begins with the seven-minute long scene with the Polish star.

From July 14, you will be able to watch the movie “Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One” in cinemas. The actor has already told Radio Zet that it was especially difficult for him to shoot underwater scenes. Diving and having to hold his breath for long enough led him to panic several times. Now in the podcast “WojewódzkiKędzierski” he revealed what Tom Cruise told him on the set about the sequence from which the whole film begins.

Tom Cruise praised Dorociński’s scene after the shot

not only plays the lead role, he is also one of the producers of the production. The actor demands a lot from himself and tends to oversee the work on the film set in a comprehensive way. So it’s no wonder that he watched as his scenes were recorded by, among others, Marcin Dorociński. And he was very pleased with what he saw. As Dorociński said during a conversation with Kuba Wojewódzki and Piotr Kędzierski:

Suddenly Tom walks in, us in these uniforms and says: Hi guys. It was just the two of us, because there were usually more of us there, but we were only shooting our close-ups at the time.

He says that he saw the whole sequence, that it’s great, that what we’re overdubbing is necessary, that these are details. He said he was so happy because that’s where the movie starts. He didn’t say it was seven minutes, he just said it was great and it was fucking seven minutes.

Dorociński laughs a bit that, having learned from the experience of other Polish actors and an actor who played in foreign films, but was then cut out of them, out of concern for the native audience and the media, he asked the editor of the new “Mission: Impossible” if he would itself. Let’s add that the production collects great reviews and critics predict its box office success.

In the new production, he had to play the captain of the submarine Sevastopol, which drifts in the Bering Sea. There are many indications that the thread involving Marcin Dorociński will be taken up again in the second part of the film. – I still can’t believe that I could be a part of this great machine and great adventure. I’m lucky,” he said on the podcast.
