The concert began as scheduled last Saturday at the Saratoga Performing Afters Center. First, the bands Metruc and Garbage played, and after them the star of the evening, i.e. formed by the band High Flying Birds, was to appear on the stage. Just then, the organizers displayed information on large screens that everyone was to evacuate.

State Park police confirmed the evacuation was a precautionary measure. The event was stopped at 9.40 p.m. and the evacuation proceeded without any problems. A special unit searched the concert hall and the entire building. It is now known that no one has been injured, but no additional information about the bomb threat has been provided for the sake of the investigation.
Team Garbage commented on the matter on their Twitter account: “We have no idea what happened. We were all just evacuated and we were worried about everyone. We’re very sorry we don’t have any concrete information. They just told us it was emergency evacuation,” the post reads.
Gallagher’s group performed as planned on Monday evening in New York – here everything took place without complications. The next concert is scheduled for July 13 in Columbia, Maryland. After July 15, High Flying Birds will continue touring in Europe and Asia. The band will perform in such British cities as London, Brighton, Somerset and Manchester. The group will also visit Dublin, followed by Belgium, Amsterdam, Dusseldorf, Milan and Paris. Then Gallagher and his band go to Japan – they will play in Tokyo, Osaka and Nagoya. After returning to Europe, further performances in the UK were planned – in Cardiff, London, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and Liverpool.
