Red currant is great for problems with hypertension, menstrual ailments, low immunity, and also supports the work of the urinary system.

What to do with redcurrant? This fruit juice is great for winter

It is best to eat redcurrant on its own, but we can prepare compotes, preserves or add to cakes. It has a special pro-health value, which contains a lot of vitamin C and works great in the winter as an immunity booster. How to prepare it? You need 1.5 kg of fruit and 1 kg of sugar.
