Katarzyna Nosowska revealed in an interview with Basia Starecka what her daily diet looks like. It turns out that he is currently on a ketogenic diet. What is this type of nutrition? The main assumption is to eat fats and eliminate carbohydrates and limit sugar-containing foods (including fruits and vegetables). In the diet, it is important to consume fats that can be found in fatty mint, fish, oil or cream and butter. – I can see the results – said Nosowska. “Of course, I don’t want to get hysterical, meaning I don’t expect some results that just intimidate me. (…) I’m getting used to the idea that I won’t be so heavy anymore. So I really like the fact that the process is not too abrupt,” she confessed.

In the case of Nosowska’s steak, it is enough to fry it and lightly sprinkle it with salt and pepper, and to prepare broccoli, she uses good quality olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic. She openly admitted that she focuses on simplicity in her diet. During the conversation, she also said that she used to be lighter and would like to weigh less again. – I’ve already had my fill in my life, I’ve already sinned. (…) Now I would like to appreciate the art of self-control in practice. she added.
