Holidays are mainly associated with the replay season, but in the era of streaming services, new titles are presented every month. The comedy film “In-laws” directed by Jakub Michalczuk has just appeared in Netflix’s offer and at the moment it became the most watched production on the site when it comes to feature films.

All those who are wondering if Łukasz and Weronika’s wedding will actually take place, be sure to write down the date of September 15, 2023 in the calendar, because then the second part of this funny production will be played in cinemas. On the screen we will see Maja Ostaszewska, Izabela Kuna and Adam Woronowicz again. Unfortunately, Marcin Dorociñski will no longer appear in the production, but instead a new character will appear, played by Eryk Kulm Jr.
What will the second part of “In-laws” be about?
After the ill-fated wedding, Weronika and Łukasz decide that it is worth giving each other a second chance. This time they decide to organize a wedding reception in a Baltic town. Invited to this ceremony are well-known characters from the first part of the film. These include the bride’s parents, i.e. Wanda and Tadeusz with their dog Mirelka, as well as the groom’s mother Małgorzata, who at that time managed to get a divorce and appears at the seaside with a man several years younger and her mother.
The idyllic holiday atmosphere makes the participants of the event let go of the brakes again and start telling directly what will bring them saliva on the tongue. The trailer shows that the well-ordered Małgorzata may also want to seek happiness with another man. Whether this will happen, we will be able to find out from September 15, when the production will start playing in cinemas. Marek Modzelewski is responsible for the film’s script, as in the case of the first part, and Kalina Alabrudzińska is the director.
