Urbański misled the participant and the audience. It got awkward
On July 3, 2023, it broadcast a replay of the 629th episode, in which Maciej Polak from Jaworzno competed for the main prize. The participant initially did great, answered the first question without thinking, going to the next stage of the game show. When the stake was 2,000 zlotys, he hesitated and decided to use one of the available lifebuoys. The choice fell on the help of the audience. Suggested by the majority of votes, he made the final decision, which turned out to be the right one.
The next question, however, turned out to be a little easier. “A knight is a man of the sword. And a woodcarver is a man – read Hubert Urbański, and then he presented the proposed answers:

C. a sculptural chisel
D. toxic miasma
he pondered the options for a while, but seemed sure of the choice he wanted to make. Finally, the answer was A. He was tensely waiting for Urbański’s reaction, who after a while finally decided to inform about the verdict. “The correct answer…” began the host of the show. A smile and relief appeared on Maciej’s face immediately, and the audience gathered in the studio started clapping. It turned out, however, that the presenter did not quite mean what everyone understood.

The recording, which is already circulating on the network, shows that Urbański also felt awkward with this slip-up. The post was flooded with comments. Internet users noticed that this is not the first time that the host makes such a gaffe.
