identifies as non-binary and uses plural pronouns in English. These in Polish are also expressed with a division into feminine and masculine. One solution used in such cases is to write words with the letter “x” as the ending or replacement of individual letters suggesting a specific type. To make it easier, however, we will inflect the name “Ezra Miller” in accordance with the Polish syntax in the most neutral way possible.

A judge has agreed to lift a temporary restraining order against Ezra Miller – al Deadline. Shannon Guin accused Miller of inappropriate behavior towards her 12-year-old non-binary child and of threatening the rest of the family in an article that appeared in the summer of 2022 in the Daily Beast. Guin applied for a restraining order on behalf of the child, but chose not to pursue criminal charges. After questioning Ezra Millerx, the judge decided to overturn the ban. Marissa Elkins, a lawyer representing Miller, stressed that the star “was never alone with the child and had no interactions other than two brief meetings, which took place surrounded by several other adults.” He also denies the gun reports.

The lawyer points out that the meetings between the child and Miller took place on the mother’s initiative. He emphasizes: “The original ban that Shannon Guin filed on behalf of a minor child was based on false reports. Frustratingly for Ezra, Guin made her false accusations at a time when he was struggling with serious health issues and was unable to appear in court, to defend against false claims. If Ezra had been in court last year and shared the truth about his limited interactions with Ms. Guin, I’m sure a restraining order would never have been issued.”

Ezra Miller has been undergoing intensive psychotherapy for a year. In connection with the latest court ruling, he issued a statement to the media, which is the second time since the premiere of “The Flash” that the star has spoken publicly:

I am encouraged by the court’s decision, and I feel immense gratitude to all those who have stood by me and made sure that this outrageous abuse of the legal system is stopped. Protective rulings are intended to ensure the safety of individuals, families and children who find themselves in danger.

They cannot be used as weapons for people who are fighting for attention or fleeting tabloid fame or some kind of private revenge – there are people who really need such solutions. I have been unjustly and directly attacked by an entity that, as the facts show, already has a documented history of such manipulation and destructive actions.

Elkins points out, “Ezra does not deny that he has made mistakes in his struggles and regrets his actions. But that does not make every accusation, rumor, or false claim true. In Ezra’s case, treatment was jeopardized and the false accusations wreaked havoc: reputation was tarnished, not to mention a career wasted.” Miller has indeed had a turbulent year. In 2022, there was a lot of talk about excesses in Hawaii, aggressive behavior leading to multiple arrests, harassment and disorderly conduct.
