The Directorate of Management and Cultural Promotion organizes the children’s painting competition “Put paint Guayaquil”, aimed at boys and girls from 8 to 12 years old. Registration is open through the link www.guayaquil.gob.ec/ponlepintaaguayaquil, from July 1 to 12, 2023.
The registration form must be completed by the representative of the participant and must accompany him during the competition, with a copy of the identity card of both.
Places are allocated in order of application. The first 25 registered will participate in the morning session at the headquarters of Parque Seminario; while the next 25 are assigned the headquarters of the Torre Morisca for their participation in the afternoon session.
The aim of this activity is to encourage children’s creativity, in addition to bringing them closer to the art and history of the port city. The competition will be held on July 15, 2023 as follows:
In addition, a prize is awarded through a public vote. Photos with the drawings will be published on the Facebook page of the Directorate of Cultural Management and Promotion and the winner will be the image that receives the most “likes”.
This second part of the competition will take place between 17 and 19 July 2023. The winner will be announced on 20 July.
