On June 27, Beyoncé will give her first concert at PGE Narodowy, and a day later she will appear for the second time on the stage in Warsaw.

Beyonce’s “Renaissance World Tour” includes two concerts in our country, although initially the star was to play a concert in Warsaw only once. The additional date was announced after tickets for June 27 began to sell out quickly.

It is already known that no support will play before Beyoncé. PGE Narodowy will open the gates for fans of the singer two and a half hours before the start of the concert. The entry of individual vehicles to Saska Kępa will be limited, and the areas limited by the following streets are to be excluded from traffic until 9 pm: Aleja Poniatowskiego, Aleja Wasza, ul. International, Avenue of the United States and Wał Miedzeszyński, as well as African and General Bora-Komorowski. The police also stipulate that they may decide to temporarily close other areas if necessary. On the website of the City of Warsaw we read that in order to get to the concert, it is best to use public transport – especially the subway, but you must remember about traffic restrictions.

According to the municipal services, in the event of closure of Sokola Street, from Zamoście to Wybrzeże Szczecińskie, from 17 until the end of the transportation of concert participants, coaches lines 102, 125 and 202 will go along Targowa and Kijowska streets to the Dw. Wschodni (Kijowska) terminus, and lines 146 and 147 along Wybrzeże Szczecińskie and Zamoście. If it is necessary to close Sokola, Zamoście and Zamoyskiego streets, buses 102, 125, 135, 146, 147 and 202 will be diverted to detour routes. Buses 102, 125 and 202 will travel along Targowa and Kijowska streets to the Dw. Wschodni terminus ( Kijowska), 135 will go to Targowa, and 146 and 147 along Zieleniecka Avenue.

E-1 buses are to be directed through the Świętokrzyski bridge to the Centrum Nauki Kopernik metro station.

The organizer emphasizes that it is planned the start time of the concert is 19:30but encourages early arrival.

Walking back after the concert? There is an option

Beyoncé’s concert at PGE Narodowy is scheduled to last until around 10:30 p.m., and police anticipate that many attendees will want to walk home at least partly. In such a case, it is possible to close the Poniatowski Bridge and Aleje Jerozolimskie on the section from the Washington roundabout to the de Gaulle roundabout.
