  • “IO” – At the end of May this year, the jury of the 75th Cannes International Film Festival decided to award Jerzy Skolimowski for the film “IO”, telling the story of the titular donkey. This time, the Polish director decided to focus on animal rights. The production is also a Polish candidate for an Oscar. – In today’s world, drastic shipments of Polish horse meat to Italy take place. The horses are transported alive, tightly packed in trucks, in completely inhumane conditions, and some of them die during this transport. The protagonist of my film is saved in Italy from such a transport and experiences even the happiest moments of his life, which, however, end dramatically. We want to move the viewer to make the film a protest against human cruelty towards animals – explained the director. .
  • Ticket to Paradise – Julia Roberts and George Clooney have been friends for years. Recently, they spent a lot of time together again, working on the film “Bilet do raju”, which they produced themselves. During the shooting, they were isolated from the world due to the pandemic. – People are aware of our friendship. Now we’re taking her to the next level by playing a divorced couple. Half of America probably thinks that we once divorced, so let’s assume that we are over it – the actress joked in one of the interviews.
  • “Invisible War” -. It turns out that “Zołza”, inspired by the life of the screenwriter “M jak miłość”, does not attract a lot of viewers. Vega’s films also do not break new attendance records each time. This time, the director checks if his fans are interested in his own life.
  • “Big Water” is a new Netflix series. “The flood wave is approaching the capital of Lower Silesia. In order to save the city from the destructive elements, a difficult decision is made to blow up the levees in a village near Wrocław. How will one decision affect the life of the entire community? with events that will result in enormous destruction and the death of innocent people “- we read in the official introduction.
  • “The floor is lava” is a strange example of a game show that strangely draws many viewers in front of the screens. The creators were inspired by a children’s game, but by covering the floor with a glutinous substance supposed to resemble lava, they took it to the next level.
  • “The Great Beer Offensive” – the film is based on a true story. We emphasize in case the story we are talking about in the episode seems unlikely to anyone.
  • “The Bear” combines comedy and drama. The main character is a great chef and he returns to his homeland to run a family bar with sandwiches – The Original Beef of Chicagoland. He collides with a reality so different from what he is used to and tries to find himself in running a small business, which is not made easier by his inborn stubbornness, reluctant kitchen service and tense family relationships. All of this is overshadowed by the loss of a brother who committed suicide.
