The bertsolaris Eneko Fernandez Maritxalar, Eneko Lazkoz Martinez, Joanes Illarregi Marzol, Josu Sanjurjo Altzuri, Julio Soto Ezkurdia, Saioa Alkaiza Guallar, Xabat Illarregi Marzol and Xabier Silveira Etxeberria will play this Sunday, November 28, the final of the Navarra Championship of Bertsolaris at the Anaitasuna sports center in Pamplona with the EITB Media cameras as a witness.
29 bertsolaris began the championship on October 2 in Isaba, and, after passing through Tafalla, Sangüesa, Doneztebe, Altsasu, Berriozar and Leitza, the final is here. Today it will be known who will place the Estitxu Arozena champion txapela, chosen this year for that task.
As is usual in this type of event, the final will have two phases. In the first, eight bertsolaris will participate. The one or two with the most points will go on to the second phase, and the winner will be the one who adds the most points in both phases.
More than 2,000 people are expected to attend the Anaitasuna sports center this afternoon. Of course, you will have to be careful on the road, due to the anticipation of snowfall.
