When the journalist received the lawsuits, she did not hide her indignation, commenting on the large sums of compensation. “Because they don’t have much,” she said.

Smaszcz decided to refer to the case by publishing a short recording on her InstaStory, in which she shows a letter from a lawyer and comments on its content. — Ladies and gentlemen, how the media image promoted by the agency for a lot of money can be really untrue. It turns out that the situation is somewhat different. Legal adviser Grzegorz Ginalski, representing Andrzej Haehne, took the floor in the case, explaining what the letter was about.
In response to Mrs. Paulina Smaszcz’s allegations, I declare that the information appearing in the press that she received a lawsuit from my client is not true. At the moment, she has only received a summons to pre-court payment of compensation for the deliberate disclosure of my client’s personal data. Of course, in the absence of an appropriate response from Mrs. Smaszcz to the request for an amicable settlement of the case, my Principal will be forced to seek protection of his rights through court proceedings. The amount indicated in the summons is, in our opinion, reasonable, taking into account the effects of Mrs. Smaszcz’s actions, however, it will also be subject to review by the court. I would like to mention that, according to the summons, the payment is to be made not to my client, but to Wielka Orkiestra Świątecznej Pomocy. If Ms. Smaszcz makes the payment to her account and sends a confirmation of payment, my client will consider the case closed.
