Sascha Fitness is a Venezuelan influencer who has distinguished herself with content about a healthy lifestyle. In his networks, he publishes videos, suggestions, photos related to his lifestyle, recipes, exercise routines, among other things. This led her to millions of followers on social networks, as well as holding conferences in various countries around the world and launching books.

The influencer was involved in controversy surrounding his dietary supplements, the products you sell on your website. National Institute for Food and Drug Control (Invima) from Colombiaannounced that it had received complaints about Sascha Fitness products, specifically NATURAL BCAA, in different flavors.

“They are 5 supplements in one, formulated with 4:11 BCAA, Glutamine, HMB, HICA and L-Carnitine,” details the content creator’s website about BCAA Natural. It is further explained that They serve for better performance and recovery after physical activity.

The health entity has performed some verification tasks on its databases to find out if these products are they had valid sanitary registers and were approved by their Administration for Medicines and Biological Products in the food supplement category.

The Invim report states: “Products promoted and sold under the Sascha Fitness brand They don’t have health cards in the category of food supplements, as stated on their labels”. The entity added that they would be fake and therefore their commercialization would be illegal in Colombian territory.

Considering the aforementioned from the institution, Sascha Fitness responded on Twitter.

The influencer publicly complained to the institution, pointing out that it could be imitation products. “Irregularities can come from the black market, or from product plagiarism, but with the legal import of my products from my official distributor, everything is fine and as it should be,” he tweeted. Sascha also confirmed that her fashion accessories have up-to-date documentation and permits for sale in Colombia. (AND)
