Four days before the payment was due, the Midis urged, through an official statement, the beneficiary population of the bond to approach collect the monetary amount. Otherwise, the allocated money would return to the coffers of the Ministry of Economy and Finance.

In communication with La República, the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion indicated that 4,236,934 people were the beneficiaries of this subsidy, however, until April 30hethe date the bond expired, a total of 418,742 citizens did not receive the subsidy.
