In the viewers’ vote, however, he took the second place – the palm of priority in this stake for Mlynkova and the Tulia team.

Brzozowski’s win, of course, aroused controversy – many people believe that he was awarded the first place because he works at TVP. – I see no reason to bury my head in the sand, because I work as a TVP presenter. I think the shows I do are really cool, is that the flagship “What’s that tune?” or “The Voice Senior”, where great people and beautiful thematic concerts appear. There’s a lot of work in entertainment, and that’s what I’m trying to focus on –
In an interview with Weronika Zając, a reporter of Plotek.pl, conducted during the festival, the singer emphasized that he did not care about such speculations: – I know the media, I know how it works. It clicks, hate on Brzozowski sells well. But until then, because it’s all a bit unfair to what I’m trying to do. Because it is verified by the audience and people who are smiling and are very nice and polite on a daily basis – he noted. He also emphasizes that his song really stands up and that’s why he won, although it was a surprise to him. He expected the voting system to work like in Eurovision.
What will he do with the cash prize? He already told the “Super Express” team about it. Rafał Brzozowski plans to share the money, because if a – they were not the most important in all this:
I will donate part of the money to a foundation I work with. I try to do these things sometimes. And there are also musicians who tried to win this award. There were a lot of them.
I will share the prize. I don’t need to take it all for myself now. It wasn’t the most important thing. This award was not the most important.
