Exercises for sagging arms using resistance bands

  • take a step forward with one foot, keep the other straight behind. Put the elastic (short) on the bent leg, hooking it to the shoe. Lean over your bent leg and grab the band with your hand, extending it to the side as much as possible. Repeat the exercise once on one side, once on the other.
  • stand a little apart. Put a long exercise band on both feet and hold the other end in your hands. Raise your arms forward, remembering to keep them straight. Do a few repetitions.
  • stand straight on the mat. Move one leg slightly forward, put a rehabilitation tape behind it, and catch the ends in both hands. Pulling the band tight, raise your arms to your sides. Do a few repetitions.
