On the chemical market, you can buy a lot of agents or detergents that are used to clean and care for mattresses. However, if you want to use more natural and home remedies, then I encourage you to try the following method.

Few people realize that a lot of bacteria and microbes live inside and on the surface of the mattress. During sleep, the human body can produce up to half a liter of sweat, which, mixed with sebum from the skin, remains on the sheet, duvet and mattress. Such conditions are not very pleasant. Especially on hot nights, our bed is exposed to an increase in the number of these uninvited guests, so it is worth getting rid of them quickly and effectively.

All you need to do is cover the entire mattress thoroughly with … baking soda. This magic powder has bactericidal properties and perfectly absorbs odors, thanks to which the inside of the bed will be properly cleaned and disinfected at home. In addition, soda can be bought for literally a few zlotys in any grocery store. After spreading the product on the surface of the mattress, rub it into the material using e.g. an old brush. After a few hours, all that remains is to thoroughly vacuum it, getting rid of unwanted bacteria.
