It’s about Coca-Cola. If you are cleaning up after the party, it is worth pouring the remains of the drink left in the glasses by the guests into the toilet bowl and leaving it there for some time. Preferably overnight, but even after an hour or two, the effect should be satisfactory. After this time, it is enough to clean the toilet with a brush and rinse with water.
Why does it work like this?
Coca-Cola contains: phosphoric acid and carbonic acid (carbon dioxide). The former is also a component of some detergents, which is why the popular drink has cleaning properties. Toilet cleaning isn’t Coca-Cola’s only surprising use. Some people use it for nausea and also as an antiemetic, others use it to remove stains from clothes (it also kills the unpleasant smell of fabrics), and still others use it to prepare a marinade for meats.
