How to protect yourself from ticks naturally? Where are we most at risk?

Ticks lurk in bushes, grasses, on tree leaves, paths. They are waiting for a potential victim. As she passes them, they fall on top of her, clinging to her hair or clothing and looking for a suitable place to start sucking blood. Most often, these are hidden places, in the folds of the skin, between the hair, behind the ears. During the blood-sucking process, a number of dangerous diseases can be transmitted to the host. A tick can be very dangerous not only for animals, but also for humans, because there is a risk of Lyme disease or tick-borne encephalitis. Ticks spread practically throughout the country, increasingly also in urban environments, which is due to mild winters.
