According to scientists from the Rhine-Waal University of Applied Sciences in Kleve, the safest way out is to do it in water heated to 60 degrees Celsius. You should also remember to wash your pillowcases and sheets at least once every two weeks. In the summer, when we sweat much more often, it is recommended to change the bedding even every seven days. Otherwise, we unknowingly expose ourselves to bacteria, fungi and mites.
