The Madrid artist Alejandro Sanz has begun this Saturday the second leg of the ‘Sanz en Vivo’ tour with a concert in the Navarra Arena pavilion in Pamplona in which his fans have wanted to show him their support and his affection after he acknowledged to his followers that he is not going through a good personal moment.

On May 27, Sanz published a message on his social networks, which worried his followers: “I’m not fine. I don’t know if this is of any use but I want to say it. I’m sad and tired (…) Sometimes I don’t even want to be there.” However, days later he somewhat qualified his message by stating: “Although the light does not finish coming, it seems that a firefly has woken up in my chest.”

During his concert, the artist felt supported at all times by the thousands of people who gathered at the Navarra Arena. Just before the end of the concert, the artist thanked his followers for the love shown during the concert, a few words to which the public responded with a prolonged ovation, which Sanz received visibly moved.

“Never forget how important it is to be close to the people you love,” said the singer, after which he spoke about his state of health: “Let’s never try to find a reason for these things; It’s not for anything or anyone.”

The man from Madrid recognized that this concert was his “litmus test” and, apparently on stage, he has passed it with flying colors. In his opening concert of the tour, Alejandro Sanz offered his followers a show lasting more than two hours in which, in addition to reviewing his greatest hits such as ‘Corazón Partío’, ‘Amiga mía’ or ‘My favorite person’ , performed some of the songs included in his latest studio work, ‘Sanz’, which has been nominated for Album of the Year at the 2022 Latin Grammys and has been the best-selling physical album in Spain in 2021.
