“Dr Pimple Popper” (in the Polish language version known as “Dr Pryszczilla” – ed.) is a popular program broadcast on TLC, starring American dermatologist Sandra Siew Pin Lee Rebish. A doctor sees patients with unusual cases of facial and skin conditions at her Skin Physicians & Surgeons clinic in Upland, California. The woman is also an Internet star, and her YouTube channel is followed by thousands of people from all over the world.
Viewers of “Dr Pimple Popper” are already used to drastic scenes and close-ups of various types of growths and skin lesions. However, one of the last episodes left a bad taste and left fans stunned. A woman came to Dr. Lee who had a problem with extremely scaly feet. At one point, the woman revealed something that deeply shocked the viewers.
“I found worms between my toes”

I found worms between my toes. My son came up and said, ‘You can’t stay here any longer, you have to go to the hospital!’ So I went to the hospital and had my wounds treated. They did an X-ray (…) and sent me home.
– said the participant of the program. She also sadly admitted that “she had been to many doctors over the years”, but none could help her.

In the comments on Instagram, many people expressed sympathy for the senior’s situation. “The health service should introduce monthly health checks for disabled seniors! If we are to pay taxes … let it be something worthwhile. This is wild…” one of the Internet users wrote.
