Recently, she has been giving a lot of interviews, and in one of them she admitted that the Warsaw Theater Academy made a special exception for her. It has to do with her famous father.

The 22-year-old Helena Englert has recently become extremely loud. Although the daughter of Jan Englert and Beata Ścibakówna had already been seen in well-known productions, such as the series “Diagnoza” and “Znaki”, or the film “Zakład closed”, where she appeared next to Janusz Gajos, her latest productions ensured her the greatest recognition. It’s about the famous film by Maria Sadowska “Pokusa”, in which there is no shortage of bold sex scenes.

Helena Englert talked about her studies at the Theater Academy

Little less is said about the last HBO Max series “#BringBackAlice”, in which Englertówna played the main role. Due to this, he has been appearing in the media quite often recently, giving interviews. At the end of April, she appeared in the program of Kuba Wojewódzki alongside Tomasz Lis. The journalist apparently had a very good conversation with the young star, because he also decided to invite her to another of his programs. It’s about the podcast “Wojewódzki & Kędzierski”, where she mentioned what question annoys her the most. It turns out that he considers the most absurd question to be the voice of a generation. She concluded that she did not see herself that way at all.

The interview also asked about the studies of the young actress. Helena Englert confessed that she had an unusual request to the authorities of the Theater Academy. The 23-year-old did not want her father to teach her. She decided that it would be uncomfortable – both for her, for him and for other students. The university agreed to this concession.

I spoke to the school authorities about this and we came to an agreement. The point was that my dad teaches in the third year and one group was taught by my dad, and the other group was taught by Agata Kulesza. There was simply an agreement that I would not be in the group taught by my dad. I agreed to it, the school authorities agreed to it – explained Helena.

“It was about not putting anyone in an uncomfortable position. So that my classmates could normally learn from the professor without thinking that they have his daughter in the room. That would be unfair, she explained. Kuba Wojewódzki and Piotr Kędzierski also asked the actress about her entrance exam at the Theater Academy. – It felt very neutral. I couldn’t read anything. It was as it should be – she said, emphasizing that she did not feel honored.
