Ari Boulogne, a French photographer and actor, has died, son of the well-known German artist Christa Päffgen, known as Nico. He was 60 years old.

Police arrested one person in connection with the incident, said to be the artist’s 59-year-old partner, who was charged with failing to help a person in danger.

Ari Boulogne was born in 1962 as Christian Aaron Päffgen. For many years he tried to prove that he was the son of the famous actor Alain Delon. He denied it and refused to take a paternity test. The photographer’s mother, Nico, actually Christa Paffgen confirmed the theory by telling the story of her fleeting affair with Delon. Known for her collaboration with The Velvet Underground, the German model was also one of Andy Warhol’s muses. The paternity issue has still not been clarified.
