The accused of stabbing Salman Rushdie pleads not guilty: he is “surprised” that he is still alive

A New York grand jury on Thursday indicted the suspect arrested for stabbing the writer last week Salman Rushdie during an event, who from prison has confessed “Surprised” by the fact that the author of ‘Satanic Verses’ is still alive.
