Combine an ingredient with an antibacterial effect, e.g. tea tree oil, honey, lemon juice, turmeric or natural yogurt with one of the nutritional products such as: avocado, aloe vera, honey, cocoa. There are really many possible combinations. Try at least a few of them to see what will be perfect for your skin. For example:

  • In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of honey, the juice of half a lemon, a teaspoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a teaspoon of turmeric. Mix it all together and apply it on your face for about 15 minutes. After the allotted time, wash off with lukewarm water.
  • Mix a tablespoon of honey, 5 tablespoons of warm water, 5 tablespoons of oatmeal and a tablespoon of natural yogurt. Apply the resulting mask on the face and around the neckline for 15 minutes. After this time, wash off with lukewarm water and gently massage the mixture into the skin, thanks to which you will remove dead epidermis.
  • Mix half a teaspoon of cinnamon with 3 teaspoons of natural honey. Apply the resulting paste on the cleansed and dried skin of the face, and after 30 minutes, wash off with warm water.

Remember that masks will only work if you apply them regularly – preferably 2-3 times a week. Before applying any mixture to the entire face, perform an allergy test on a small area of ​​​​the skin. It is also worth taking care of a balanced diet and drinking at least 2 liters of water a day.
