What to do to recover money after the death of a loved one? Submit your application with these documents

As we can read on ZUS, everyone who joined OFE indicated the person or persons who will be entitled to the funds accumulated by it in the event of death. If you want to recover them, it is necessary to submit an appropriate application along with the required documents (e.g. a copy of a death certificate or, for example, a marriage certificate) to the appropriate fund. What if the deceased did not use OFE, but collected money on a sub-account? Then, entitled persons may submit an application to ZUS with a request for the transfer or payment of these funds. If the deceased did not indicate the persons entitled to inherit, the funds are transferred to the inheritance.
