When we talk about exfoliating the epidermis, peeling immediately comes to mind. In addition to mechanical and chemical, we also distinguish enzymatic, i.e. one made with the use of plant enzymes. The most common are bromelains, papains and lipolytic enzymes. They dissolve dead epidermis and unclog pores. At the same time, they do not cause excessive skin dryness. This type of peeling is very good for sensitive, couperose and acne skin. At the beautician, such a treatment costs about PLN 230, but you can do it yourself at home.

Pineapple is a real treasury of vitamins. If you apply it on the skin, it will visibly nourish it and help eliminate discoloration. Prepare a fresh slice of pineapple and a teaspoon of ground oatmeal. Peel the fruit and mash it until smooth. Mix it with oat flakes and apply the resulting mush on. Keep for 5 minutes and rinse the mixture with warm water. You can make a similar mixture using kiwi. Mash one small kiwi, add 2 tablespoons of oatmeal and a teaspoon of honey. Mix and apply on face for 15 minutes. The skin will be cleansed and brightened, and plant enzymes will close the pores. Enzyme peeling can also be made from apples and apple cider vinegar. Grate one apple on a grater and get rid of excess juice. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix. Apply the mixture on your face and leave it for 15 minutes. The paste is best applied with your hands or a brush.
