The new Amazon rental offers a wide range of movies – from the latest blockbusters, such as “Top Gun: Maverick”, to classics. The new option has been available in other countries for a long time and many were right in thinking that its introduction to Poland would only be a matter of time. This heralded the continuous development of the website on our market. Recently, new subscriptions have appeared that can be purchased independently of Amazon Prime itself. One such option is the “MGM package” or access to TV channels.
What evokes the greatest admiration is the price for access to a given production. Most of them will be available for viewing for less than three zlotys. No other streaming service on the Polish market offers such prices.

Thanks to the new option, we can rent various productions from Amazon Prime Video for a certain period of time. Even those that are not in the main library of the website and can be found at the competition. To use the rental, go to the main page of the platform and select the shop tab, and then the “rent or buy” option. The library of titles is very extensive and we will find many tabs describing what kind of production we will find in it. One of them presents productions that we can rent for only PLN 2.99 for a period of 30 days. However, once we start the screening, we only have 48 hours to finish it.
This is not an innovative approach. Similar solutions can be used for a long time on the Player or on the “Canal+ Premiery” service, which works independently of the “Canal+ Online” library. However, none of them offers such favorable prices. For example, for the latest movie “Top Gun: Maverick” with Tom Cruise, we will pay only three zlotys without a penny. It’s the same with the Bond movie No Time To Die, Bullet Train with Brad Pitt, and Those Days, Those Nights with Timothée Chalamet. There are also classics such as “The Exorcist” or “Pluto”. In addition, part of the production is also available in 4K quality.
Amazon Prime Video also has an unusual subscription model. We do not pay for access to the website every month, and we only pay a fee of PLN 49 for the entire year. The offer includes many interesting titles, such as this year’s Oscar-winning film “Everywhere at once”, “Fight Club” or “Kler”. The newly introduced rental is of course only an addition, but thanks to it, many people will be convinced to use the service more often.
