This cat meant a lot and more to the late designer. “Choupette is the center of my world. She is a kind of Greta Garbo, there is something unforgettable, in his way of moving. She inspires me with her elegance and her attitude.” said the seamstress.
Choupette was the protagonist of a book, an advertising campaign and even a collection of cat accessories. Not only that, he is the richest cat in the world. This is what Lagerfeld himself said vanity fair.
“Choupette is a rich girl, she has her own fortune. If something happens to me, the one who takes care of it will not be in want.” convinced at the time.
And yes, the cat had its court ladies, bodyguards and ate with its master at meals. (AND)
