“I found out my wife has filed for divorce from TMZ,” actor Drake Bell tweeted early Friday morning.

Children’s TV star Drake Bell said he found out his wife Janet Von Schmeling was filing for divorce after reading about it online.

Drake was missing for at least 12 hours while the Department of Daytona Beach police announced they found him on April 13.

In the documents, obtained by TMZ, Janet von Schmeling He says that they broke up in September, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Married for four years, Drake and Janet have a son together, one-year-old Wyatt Bell, and documents say Janet is seeking primary legal and physical custody of her son. She wants Drake to get visitation rights. Janet is also seeking spousal support.

After announcing online that his wife had filed for divorce, the actor posted a link to a YouTube clip of his new song Going Away. “I know exactly what you’re going to do, with all that crap you said wasn’t true. When will everyone find out? We’re not the same,” Bell, 36, sings.

The divorce filing comes after Florida police reported Drake missing earlier this month. It was later learned that a member of his family had called the police saying this Drake threatened to commit suicide in response to his son’s custody issues with Janet.
