Another close friend of the actor said Foxx is improving steadily as he continues to recover in the hospital.

Corinne, 29, first updated fans on her father’s health on Wednesday 12, when she revealed she had suffered a “medical complication” the day before. He did not share details about Foxx’s condition or what caused his medical condition.. “We wanted to share with you that my father, Jamie Foxx, experienced a medical complication yesterday,” Corinne wrote in a statement written on behalf of the Foxx family.
“Fortunately, due to quick action and great care, he is already on the road to recovery. We know how much he is loved and we appreciate your prayers,” the letter reads. “The family requests privacy during this time”.
