The series aired until March 1990, with four seasons and 99 episodes and finally a movie called “Project: Alf”, in which the plot was told about this living furry alien who arrived from another planet.

Max Wright gave life to Willie Tanner, the father of the family that adopted Alf. This was his most famous television role, although he later continued his career in other projects and even in the theater.

The actor died in June 2019 at the age of 75 after a long battle with cancer.

Katherine Tanner (Anne Schedeen)

Actress Anne Schedeen played Katherine Tanner, Willie’s wife, in the series. She previously starred in the primetime soap Paper Dolls, although it was her character in Alf that made her famous.

After getting sporadic roles, he decided to stop acting in order to teach acting to young actors. He turned 74 last January.

Lynn Tanner (Andrea Elson)

Andrea Elson became known as Lynn Tanner, the Tanners’ teenage daughter. Before that, he participated in the television program Whiz Kids in 1983.

After his role in Alpha, he made more minor television appearances until he starred in Frankenstein: The College Years in 1991.

He retired from acting in 1998 and devoted himself to practicing yoga for a while, according to Los 40.
