– We don’t always feel good about how we mature, in what direction we evaluate, but change is necessary. For an artist, changes with the times are important. Either we change or we stay behind – says Ochman about the latest single. The singer wrote the text and music for “8ball” in cooperation with Karol Serek and Paweł Wawrzeńczyk. In turn, Adrian Kawa together with Ochman are responsible for the script of the music video illustrating the song (Kawa is also its director and cinematographer, among others).
The first comments have already appeared under the clip posted on YouTube. “Undoubtedly, Krystian is the king of vocals. He constantly surprises with them. Each subsequent one is different, more beautiful, more sophisticated. In this song, the final climbing of the sounds is wonderful: higher and higher, and even higher … towards the sky” – writes one of the fan. Another person adds: “My favorite Artist is serving another work. I already know that it will be a great feast for me and I will probably run out of breath after the premiere, I will run out of words, so I am writing now: Good luck Krystian! Reach the top! Krystian Ochman’s second album will be released in autumn
The singer is the winner of the 11th edition of “The Voice of Poland”. In 2021, Ochman won the Audience Award in the “Premiery” concert at the 58th National Festival of Polish Song in Opole. His grandfather is the well-known tenor Wiesław Ochman, and his father played the synthesizer in the Róże Europa band. Krystian Ochman was born in the United States, but now he is developing his career in Poland.
The debut album was titled “Ochman”. We don’t know the title of the second one yet. The premiere of the second album combining different musical styles of Ochman (the singer studies at the Academy of Music in Katowice in the classical vocal class) is scheduled for autumn this year. On April 17, you will be able to hear it live at the Roma Theater in Warsaw.
