“6” evokes more and more emotions, no wonder – the finale of the program is fast approaching. Immediately after the so-called “battles”, the show is followed by “sing offs”, in which six participants selected in the previous clash sing songs known to the listeners of the “blind auditions”. After the last episode, the C selection for the last stage before the final aroused great emotions.
The coach admitted that she did not expect that she would have such a problem with choosing the favorites at the battle stage. The three: Kuba Nowak, Marika Jasińksa and Natalia Kaczmarek – charmed the well-known singer. Ultimately, the artist chose Kuba Nowak, which was supported by other jurors. he admitted that he had just remembered why he was fighting for this young talent. Also Tomson emphasized that the boy managed to win the match without any doubt.
Viewers of the program and Baron were of a different opinion. The coach said that he would choose Cleo – Natalia, who in his opinion has a “voice like a bell” and great stage awareness. However, the most emotions among the viewers were caused by Cleo’s decision after the battle of Jonasz Kuras, Michał Kowalczyk and Tobiasz Olszewski. The boys sang “Moments like these” from Bednarek’s repertoire. As you can see in the behind-the-scenes materials of the program, in which viewers follow the preparations of young talents for the performance, the song required a lot of effort and work from the participants. Cleo decided that she would invite Tobiasz to the sing-off stage, the comments were boiling.
“I am disappointed”, “Michał, you were the best”, “I do not understand what Cleo was guided by”, “The jury probably forgot that this is not the program ‘The smile of Poland’, but ‘The Voice Kids'”, “I thought that’s a joke,” the comments read. Even Norbert Wronka, a participant in the 13th edition of “The Voice of Poland”, kept his fingers crossed for Michał. Outraged by Cleo’s decision, the viewers even went so far as to suggest that the winner received a pass to sing offs after acquaintance. However, it is worth emphasizing here that each of us has a completely different taste and sense of aesthetics. Technical lapses and excellent performances can be assessed objectively, but this is not always the most important criterion when choosing favorite performers.
