I stopped eating sweets, light bread. I ate a lot of it and it made me lose my mind. The kilos were getting more and more, and I didn’t care about it. Finally, I said to myself ‘enough, I want to look pretty’. I also introduced some exercise, e.g. cycling. […] I managed to lose almost 20 kg.
Danuta Martyniuk admitted that the metamorphosis and changes also took place in her wardrobe. The woman exchanged the clothes in her wardrobe for half the size. The 56-year-old changed from m / l to xs / s.
