- change of diet – let’s choose the least processed products. The diet should be well-balanced, rich in vegetables, fruits, complex carbohydrates, lean protein, healthy vegetable fats, fiber.
- watch out for alcohol – if you can’t give it up completely, at least limit its amount. Alcohol causes water retention in the body and the formation of swelling, which, unfortunately, can be seen later on the face.
- limit sweets, salt and salty snacks – too much salt is bad, it’s already widely known. However, it is not enough to salt our meals less, because salt in large amounts can be hidden in seemingly innocent snacks, e.g. sticks, nuts, chips, pizza, hamburgers and the rest of fast food, not to mention.
- drink more water – at least 2 liters a day
- get enough sleep – insufficient sleep can contribute to hormonal disorders, cardiovascular diseases, depression, and overweight. A sleepless night just shows on your face.
- read the leaflets of medicines and dietary supplements – the side effect of taking some of them may be water retention in the body. However, do not stop them on your own, in the case of medications, always consult your doctor.

A slim face with clear features is the dream of many women. Some of them, in pursuit of the ideal, decide to visit a plastic surgery clinic and undergo a series of invasive facial slimming treatments. Fortunately, there are much less painful methods for slimming the face, i.e. facial exercises. It is true that the effect will not be immediate, and it should be performed regularly, but thanks to them, we will strengthen the facial muscles, firm the skin, delay the appearance of wrinkles, and make the existing ones shallower. Here are examples of some of them:
- as much as we can, tilt the head back, and then very slowly lower it forward, towards the sternum. The next step is to turn your head to the left and then to the right. We do the exercises carefully and slowly. Regularly performed will help get rid of the second chin.
