In turn, even earlier, Tomasz Komenda began to be loud in the context of his former partner and mother of his son, Anna Walter. The woman revealed that Komenda should not be interested in her son and avoid paying child support. In her statement, she also stated that her ex-partner was allegedly violent and had limited parental rights.

The case of Tomasz Komenda
Let us recall that Tomasz Komenda was unjustly convicted by the Court of Appeal in Wrocław in 2004. The man was then sentenced to 25 years in prison for the rape and murder of 15-year-old Ma³gorzata Kwiatkowska in Miłoszyce.

The judgment of the court of second instance thus changed the previous sentence, issued in 2003, which was a 15-year prison sentence. However, the Supreme Court dismissed the cassation of the judgment of the Wrocław Court of Appeal in Wrocław as groundless.
The man was detained in the Prison in Strzelin. The breakthrough in his life came in March 2018 – after a long-term struggle of the family, in which the mother Teresa Klemańska, who believed in his innocence from the very beginning, played the greatest role. At that time, the penitentiary court at the District Court in Wrocław released him conditionally from further sentence. After eighteen years in prison, Komenda was released. The acquittal in his case was passed on May 16, 2018.
