We are talking about Seascape, a new addition to the Métrica project portfolio, a highly prestigious construction company that has surprised people in recent years with projects in the Arcos Plaza and Blue Bay categories, among many others. Place
It will be built on a plot of 45,000 m2, with 263 m of shoreline. It is located in Punta Barandúa, 90 minutes from Guayaquil, traveling on a road that is in perfect condition, a detour that leads to Punta Blanca, which luckily avoids the traffic going to Salinas. The architectural design belongs to the LifeStyle company of Caroline Romero and Luisa Vera.
Concept
Seascape has a wide beach, it has direct access to the sea, which guarantees exceptional exclusivity. It is designed to offer a beach resort lifestyle, with all the amenities to make you feel like you are in paradise. This includes not only avant-garde architectural design and first-class finishes, but also outstanding social spaces, state-of-the-art security, high-speed internet and personalized services in both social areas and apartments.

Offer
The complete project includes six residential towers. The first tower with five floors and 49 residential units is for sale, and the offer includes apartments of 50 m2, two-room apartments of 75 m2 and three-room apartments of 95 m2. All apartments have a balcony, a view of the sea, and the internal distribution of space is beautiful. By mid-August 2023, the project’s retail space will be available, and in the meantime it will receive clients at the Métrica offices located in the Las Terrazas shopping center in Samborondón.
Prices and method of payment
