Ham rolls recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 courgettes,
  • 20 slices of Black Forest ham,
  • 150 g cottage cheese,
  • a bunch of radishes,
  • a bunch of chives,
  • 100 g cream 12%,
  • a bunch of dill,
  • salt and pepper

A method of preparing:

We start by cutting the zucchini into long slices. Cook the prepared vegetable in boiling water for about a minute. After taking them out, cool them down with cold water and dry them on a paper towel. Then add sour cream, grated radishes and chopped chives to the shredded cottage cheese. Season everything with salt and pepper. Put the ham and stuffing on the zucchini slices, and then roll them up.

Eggs Benedict recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 4 rolls
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 80 g smoked ham
  • 3 yolks
  • half a stick of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of cream 36%
  • 1 tablespoon of vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of dry wine
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation:

We start by frying the bread in a pan. Then we move on to cooking eggs, which we throw into boiling, salted water with the addition of vinegar. Eggs should be boiled for about 3-4 minutes, and then removed to a plate lined with a paper towel. Pour the wine into the pot and cook for a while, being careful not to let too much evaporate. Add the egg yolks to the heated wine – mix the whole thing intensively. Put the prepared sauce in a water bath in a pot of boiling water. Then add clarified butter, season with salt and pepper, and finally pour in the cream. Put ham and boiled egg on slices of bread. Pour the sauce all over.

Recipe for baked pork loin with plum

Ingredients:

  • 2 kg boneless pork loin
  • 300 g of prunes
  • 50 g of garlic
  • marjoram, salt, pepper
  • 15 ml of rapeseed oil
  • 175 g chicken broth

Recipe:

We start by washing the meat and cutting a pocket in the middle of the loin. Make the incision about 4-5 cm from the edges. We proceed to the preparation of the marinade of oil, salt, marjoram, pepper and chopped garlic, and then spread it on the meat. Put the loin in a dish, cover with cling film and place in the fridge overnight. Then place it in an ovenproof dish or on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake for about half an hour at 220 degrees Celsius. After this time, lower the temperature to 160 degrees Celsius, add broth or water and bake for 90 minutes.
