What is outrageous about this situation is that the very rich do not they have no qualms about creating a network of connections. In turn, an Instagram user with an account called “Niewyparzona Pudernica” then informed her followers that she had sent a letter about Mama Gynecologist to the District Medical Chamber in Warsaw.

Without a shadow of embarrassment, he boasts in the mass media that he receives his relatives and friends in a public institution, mocking people who do not have such an opportunity. At the same time, I doubt that he uses private tools (also disposable) or medical products. In the light of the fact that the National Health Fund has limits for tests, and the above-mentioned a person performs them after acquaintance, I am afraid that someone in need may not receive proper help. The actions of this person are morally questionable, and perhaps the law is being broken.

Mom’s Gynecologist’s explanations were useless
After the whole scandal broke out, Mama Gynecologist took water in her mouth and began to explain. The doctor said that accepting friends or family out of turn is a common practice in the facility where she works, i.e. the University Center for Women and Newborn Health. Her words drew even more attention from the media and Internet users to the hospital, which resulted in the National Health Fund (NFZ) intervening. The hospital employing Mom’s Gynecologist must pay a fine
The University Center for Women and Newborn Health (WUM) must pay a fine of PLN 25,000. zlotys. It turns out, however, that the penalty does not apply to the “queue scandal”, but to the unexplained hospitalization of the patient, in a period when her health condition did not require it.
According to information from polsatnews.pl, the patient was then a mother gynecologist. It turns out that she was admitted to the ward at her own request to be closer to the hospitalized. Nicole Sochacki-Wójcicka spent 10 days in the hospital. The National Health Fund sent a message to the portal, in which we read that the only activity that was performed during the hospitalization period was medical observation.
In the hospital, the only form of care recorded in the medical records for the entire 10 days of hospitalization was the control of the patient’s general condition. Only one medical observation was recorded and it was on the day of discharge. Despite the lack of any grounds, the hospitalization was reported by UCZKiN to the National Health Fund, thus financed from public funds.

The National Health Fund makes it clear – there is no consent for such practices in state institutions. It also turns out that this is not the end of control in . As reported by the WP, the National Health Fund will check one more issue of the “queue scandal”. For this purpose, he will check the medical records from the last two years.
The case of the Mother Gynecologist, after being inspected by the National Health Fund, was also referred to the Ombudsman for Professional Liability.

In connection with the announcement of the National Health Fund of March 22, 2023 regarding the imposition of a financial penalty on the University Center for Women and Newborn Health, my employer, I express my regret and at the same time undertake to pay PLN 25,000. PLN, i.e. the amount of the fine imposed on the hospital. I will pay this amount to the UCZKiN Foundation, which belongs to the hospital and supports its development. I also humbly accept the reprimand received from the UCZKiN board. At the same time, I am very sorry for the media hype that has arisen around me and my employer.
