This is the sixth edition of the program. From the second series, the jurors remain unchanged – after she resigned from her chair, the kids audition and then train, Tomson and Baron and Dawid Kwiatkowski. They have already heard a lot of fantastic performers – it is worth recalling that the show was attended by Roksana Węgiel, Viki Gabor (both won the Junior Eurovision) and which is on the best way to make an international career. It would seem that nothing will surprise the jurors, but Marysia, Hania and Maja from Tercet Madam managed to do it.
The first such performance in the history of “The Voice Kids”
So far, there has been no singing trio in “The Voice Kids”. The 14- to 15-year-old girls from Tercet Madam went to the blind audition stage and almost immediately won the hearts of the jurors and the audience. Already after the first verse, in which the bars sang alternately, Dawid Kwiatkowski praised “Oh, the technique is good”, and Cleo echoed him: “It’s good, it’s good”. When the girls started singing together, Tomson and Baron kept asking “What’s going on? Backing vocals?”.
Cleo was the first – still during the performance – to check who was crazy on stage. The surprise on her face was beyond telling. Intrigued, Tomson and Baron joined in and the studio audience cheered. Only Dawid Kwiatkowski remained unmoved, who in the meantime decided that he heard too many backing vocals.
Tercet Madam consists of Marysia Chwastek and Maja Zagrodzka from Kielce and their friend Hania Maciejczyk from Włoszczowa. The girls are under the care of the Youth Cultural Center in Kielce, where their musical development is supervised by Samuela Modzelewska and Przemysław Sękowski. The singers started as soloists, but for some time they have been working as a trio and they decided to start the program together – you know, better together.
At the audition, they showed up in the same white dresses and braids – you’d think they were sisters. Cleo praised their performance: You are like one organism, it works so well. The singers chose Tomson and Baron as their coaches, so they will appear in the next stage – battles for votes.
As reported by the service “”, Tercet Madam has already achieved a lot of success – the girls won, among others, the Grand Prix at the 2nd National Song Festival of the ’80s, ’90s, ’00 “DOBRA NUTA”. They also did great at the 8th National Gloria 2021 Christmas Carols and Pastorales Competition and at the National Festival Chrzanowska Artistic Locomotive 2021.
Although most viewers are delighted with their television performance, there are also those who believe that the inclusion of the trio in the competition is unfair to the other participants of the show: “Despite the undoubted talent of the girls, I am totally NOT for such situations … It is very unfair to soloists then in battles – such situations should not be allowed”, “Let the regulations allow – I don’t like it (because MAYBE, I have the right to do it) and I think it’s not fair to compare ONE voice with THREE (in context of later battles) – I think it’s quite logical”, “It’s not fair” – they argue.
