This is the perfect Easter salad for those who are bored with vegetables but want simplicity. You’ll only need five ingredients, and it takes minutes to prepare. You can also experiment with toppings and add your favorite ingredients to it, e.g. corn.

Easter salad with canned celery from Ewa Wachowicz. It will be gone from the table in no time

Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs,
  • 1 leek,
  • 2 jars of pickled celery,
  • 1 small can of pineapple,
  • mayonnaise – about half a glass (8 tablespoons),
  • salt, pepper – to taste.

Preparation:

  1. Hard boil the eggs and set aside to cool.
  2. In the meantime, drain the canned celery in a sieve. Skip the marinade so the salad isn’t too sour.
  3. Chop the celery into smaller pieces and place in a bowl.
  4. Chop the leek into thin feathers and put it in a sieve. Scald with boiling water to get rid of the bitterness. Drain and put in a bowl.
  5. Cut 2-3 slices of pineapple into cubes. Add to the rest of the ingredients.
  6. Peel the cooled eggs and cut them into small cubes. Transfer to a bowl.
  7. Add mayonnaise.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix.
