More concentrated solutions are also used to treat tomatoes. Nettle fertilizer for tomatoes can accelerate composting and break down organic matter into useful nutrients. The recipe for preparation is as follows:

1. You need 1 kg of chopped nettle, 10 liters of water and a plastic bucket.
2. Put on gloves and use strong scissors to cut the nettle into one-inch pieces.
3. Wrap the nettle in a cloth bag similar to gauze. This will make your job much easier when it comes to sifting the mix.
4. Place the bag in a bucket with enough water and let it ferment for one to two weeks. It is best to use rainwater.
5. Stir the mixture daily to speed up the fermentation process.
6. The nettle manure is ready to use when no small bubbles appear during mixing.
7. Now is the time to pour it into airtight containers. Remember that this is a concentrated solution. Before spraying the soil and plants, it must be diluted with water.
