Miros³aw Kowalczyk is dead. The actor became known to a wider audience by playing in Polish series such as “Nasigne”, “Na Wspólnej”, “Agata’s Law” or “Barwy szĘcia”. He was 66 years old.

Kowalczyk’s death was announced on the e-teatr.pl portal. The page published a farewell, in which we read that the information about the death of the actor reached the media only three weeks after the tragedy. The artist died on March 5, 2023.

I’m sad I’ll never see him again. Goodbye Mirek! – writes Rafał Dajbor, an actor who has been performing at the Jewish Theater in Warsaw since 2002.

Mirosław Kowalczyk was buried at the Wolski Cemetery in Warsaw. Dajbor recalls that in 2007, the deceased actor appeared in the PiS election spot, where he said the famous “Mordo you my” and soon after parodied the quote in the Civic Platform election spot.

The actor was born in Waeszawa and for years he played in the Syrena Theatre. There he played many roles in performances such as “Madame Sans-Gene” by Jerzy Gruza or “Sex and money” by Witold Filler. In later years, his creations could be seen in the Polish, National and Comedy Theatres.

He also played episodic roles in a number of Polish series such as “Plebania”, “Far from stretchers”, “For good and bad”, “Klan” or “Na Wspólnej”. In 2022, he played in the etude “Umbra” by Zuzanna Jocek.
