The news was announced last December, and happened at a ceremony on Tuesday, March 14, at Buckingham Palace. When he heard the news, he said he felt“delighted” and “pleasantly surprised” for this honorary title.
“I will consider the knighthood not so much an award, but more an order -commission- to continue the fight for justice. To be the voice of the voiceless. I will strive to be worthy, to be that knight in shining armor.”said May, reports Planet radio.
