The dermatologist presented in a simple way how much sunscreen, serum, moisturizing cream, cleansing gel, eye cream and night cream should be applied. She said quantity matters a lot. She emphasized that both too little and too much of the product can seriously harm the skin. As a result, we will not get the expected results, we will waste money on often expensive cosmetics that we use incompetently, and additionally we will struggle with irritation, eczema and other skin problems. So how much product should you use? Use your hand to measure.
- Sunscreen: 2 finger lengths.
- Serum or night cream: Fingertip length.
- Moisturizing cream: fingertip length.
- Eye cream: the size of a pea.
- Day serum: the length of a fingertip.
- Facial cleansing gel: a portion the size of a PLN 5 coin (double the amount in the evening).

There were a lot of surprises in the comments. Many people noticed that they actually used too little of the product. Most were surprised by the amount of sunscreen. Fans pointed out that it was a lot of product, but doctor Bunting reassured her and noticed that it was enough to apply it in two portions for the cream to be well absorbed and not leave an oily layer on the face.
