What you need to prepare collagen broth:

  • 3 kilograms of bones with meat (e.g. chicken body, wings, crow’s feet, necks, pork knee or knuckle, pork brisket)

  • vegetables (4 carrots, 3 parsley, 1/2 celery, 1 onion)

  • 3 liters of water

  • 4 bay leaves

  • a few grains of allspice

  • salt

  • pepper

  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

Preparation of the collagen broth:

Wash the bones thoroughly and place them in a large pot. Pour water and lemon juice. Bring the stock to a boil. Then reduce the gas to a minimum and cook the broth for 6 hours. At about the fourth hour of cooking, add the peeled greens. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
